Manage My Reservations Enhancements
No matter where you purchased your trip, it's easy to review, update and reconfirm reservations on nwa.com with Manage My Reservations. Our newest features include:
- Mileage Upgrades on Existing Reservations - Upgrade existing reservations with WorldPerks miles or change existing reservations then upgrade with miles.
- Refunds & Exchanges - You can make changes to your E-ticket or request a refund online.
- My Electronic Credit Vouchers - View your Northwest electronic credit vouchers by logging in with your WorldPerks account number, last name and PIN.
- Rebook Option - If your flight cancels, visit Manage My Reservations and follow the steps to choose an alternative flight(s).

Award Travel Search Enhancements
nwa.com has been further enhanced with several powerful tools to make booking award travel easier. These new tools will be especially useful during the summer months when demand for PerkSaverSM (formerly known as Standard) award seats is high. In order to view these fantastic new tools, make sure you login with your WorldPerks numbers on nwa.com. The best part is there are no service fees when booking your award travel on nwa.com! 
- Availability Calendar Feature - Search for award travel seats on and around your desired departure and return dates. The calendar is color-coded to display award travel availability for the dates you have chosen as well as surrounding dates.
- Flexible Travel Dates Search - Search for award travel to your desired destination, from one to three days before or after a specified day of departure and/or return date.
- Weekend Trip Search - Search for flights to your desired destination and nwa.com will return availability for flights departing Thursday through Saturday and returning Sunday through Tuesday of a specified month.
- Surrounding Airport Search - Search for availability and schedules at alternate airports up to 100 miles from your desired departure and arrival cities.
- Destinations of Interest Search - Search by Beach/Sun, Golf or Ski/Snowboard to find a destination that meets your needs when redeeming your miles.

FlyNowsm Fee
Northwest Airlines introduces our FlyNow option. FlyNow allows customers to confirm same-day changes to domestic flights for a $25 fee. This added Northwest convenience is a reasonably priced alternative to standing by for another flight. FlyNow provides you with more options, greater control and the comfort of knowing that you are confirmed on your new desired flight.
If eligible seats are available on your new desired Northwest or Northwest Airlink-operated domestic flights within three hours of the time you check in on nwa.com or at a Self-service Check-in Kiosk; we will confirm you on an alternative flight(s) for the $25 FlyNow fee. Your new desired flights must be on the same day as originally scheduled travel.

Our new nwa.com Luggage Check Kiosks allow customers that have checked in on nwa.com to quickly check their luggage at the airport. Simply place your nwa.com Boarding Pass barcode on the new nwa.com Luggage Check Kiosks to retrieve your flight reservations and enter the amount of luggage you would like to check. Luggage tags will be printed and attached by a Northwest agent who check your luggage to your final destination. Now available in Minneapolis, Detroit, Memphis and other select airports in the United States!

- Revenue Option Search - when searching for award travel, the summary page will display the fare amount and offer you the option to purchase the ticket rather than redeem miles.
- Award Travel Search - ability to select and combine individual outbound and return flights when using Search by Schedule, by Best Available or by PerkSaver Award.
