Chapel Policies
Please read the following
information very carefully! If you have any questions, please do not

Deposits
(Retainers)/Payments
Your consultant will inform you of the amount of deposit (retainer)
required to secure the date and time for your wedding. Deposits
(retainers) are not refundable. All major credit cards are accepted by
the chapel. If you use a personal check, it must be received a minimum
of two weeks before your wedding time. A cancellation will be subject to
a discount of monies paid minus non-refundable deposit (retainer).
Prices and "Wedding Package" particulars are subject to change without
notice, however, your deposit (retainer) will guarantee the price quoted
to you.
Limousine
The Chapel's Limousine is complimentary and subject to availability.
Your driver will call you in your room and give the time for your
pickup. You must board at that time. For insurance reasons, our driver
and six passengers are the most allowed during its use. Smoking and
alcohol will not be permitted on board. This is exactly what it says, a
"tip", not a charge...for it is customary to tip the limo driver in Las
Vegas. It is suggested that the tip should be in accordance with the way
you are treated. The customary tip is $35.00 if the service is good.
Flowers
You must finalize your flower needs at least seven days before your
wedding time. Any changes or additional orders placed after that time
may necessitate a replacement or arrangement from stock on hand. Changes
could result in an additional cost to you.
Wedding Schedule
We do not double book. The time you book for your wedding is reserved
for you. We ask that all the participants and guests be on time. If you
are not ready to be married at the time reserved for you, your wedding
will be rescheduled.
Occupational Services
The chapel provides or arranges for professional services such as
transportation, the Officiate, music, flowers, videography and
photography and Tux and/or Gowns. Should you wish to include your own
services, it would be proper to ask the Chapel Consultant for Chapel
policy.
Photos may not be taken in the chapel after the ceremony. We all work
hard to make your wedding a wonderful, happy and unforgettable
experience for you. Due to the popularity of our Chapel, following the
above Chapel Policies will go a long way in facilitating that ideal. A
Special Memory Wedding Chapel will be happy to clarify any questions you
may have concerning the above information.
Marriage License Fee $55.00
You both have to go in person to the Clark County Clerk's office,
Marriage Bureau to apply for a marriage license. Bring CASH...that's all
they'll accept.
Minister's Gratuity $50.00
The ministers in Las Vegas are invited officiates to perform wedding
ceremonies in the wedding chapels and usually are not employees of the
Chapel. At the end of the ceremony your minister will give you an
envelope for their gratuity. The Drive-up Wedding Window is $25 and The
Royal Chapel & Gazebo are $35.
Other Charges
Package prices do not include Nevada sales tax or mailing and handling.
All photo orders will be charged mailing and handling. Gifts, upgrades
and many other items for your wedding are available to you at an
additional cost.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT
COPYRIGHT PROTECTION:
THE COPYRIGHT ACT protects photographers by giving the author of the
photograph the exclusive right to reproduce your photographs. This
includes the right to control the making of copies.
It is illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without
permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its
civil and criminal penalties.
A Special Memory Wedding Chapel will try to accommodate all reasonable
requests. Please fell free to discuss your needs with us so that we may
