6-8 Granny Smith Apples
1 cup Sugar
Pie Shell (top and bottom)
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Flour
Peel apples and cut each into 8-10 slices. Cook apples, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in
skillet until it makes a glaze. Dust bottom pie shell with flour, place mixture into shell, cover with top shell, and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until golden brown.
