Pricing
MySolitaire is committed to providing our
customers better value, quality, service and selection of jewelry from
any other on-line or brick and mortar jeweler. Infrequently, some prices
may be inadvertently mis-priced. While we make every effort to avoid
these errors, these may occur. We reserve the right to correct these
these errors and not honor the inaccurate prices
If the amount you have paid is higher you
will be notified by phone or email. We will gladly issue a refund to you
for these errors.
Due to fluctuating prices of metals, gems
and diamonds MySolitaire also reserves the right to change the prices
without notice.
Availability:
All items are subject to
availability. Infrequently,
some products may not be available in time frame specified because of
high demand. In this case a customer service representative will call
you or email you. You will have the option to wait for the products,
purchase another product or ask for refund on your purchase. We will be
glad to honor any option you choose.
Products:
In accordance with FTC and industry
standards MySolitaire states that the total diamond weight or total
gemstone weight in our jewelry may vary +/- 0.05 carats from stated
weight. MySolitaire also states that Metal Weight may vary +/- 5%.
Product images are not of actual size.
Some details on the product might differ between your computer screen
and real life as each monitor is set differently and detailing, color &
size may vary slightly.
All dimensions displayed on our are
provided by manufacturers prior to the product being finished. This may
lead to some variation in the dimensions.
Average Color, Clarity, etc., are
calculated based on the average of multiple diamonds in each jewelry.
Ring Resizing
If the ring you buy from
MySolitaire does not fit your size, please send it back to us within 45
days following the shipment date. We will resize and ship it back to you
in approximately 10-14 days. This service is free of charge. As some of
the ring designs may be damaged by resizing, please contact customer
service at 1-866-MySolitaire for resizing confirmation.
Special Orders/Requests:
If you are unable to
find the diamond, gemstone or jewelry you are looking for make sure to
email customer service at
customerservice@mysolitaire.com , call 1-866-MySolitaire or use the
Make a Request function on the website.
We can offer
customization on almost all our products. For example you love a
engagement ring design but we only offer a Platinum setting, you can
request for that setting to be custom made for you in 18K White or 18K
Yellow Gold. To place a custom order email
customerservice@mysolitaire.com or call 1-866-MySolitaire.
We also provide
engraving on certain products upon special requests. Custom orders and
engraved orders will not have the 30 day return policy applied to them.
These products cannot be returned.
Our Position on Conflict
Diamonds:
MySolitaire believes in doing
business the correct way. We fully support the Kimberly Process signed
by the US government to regulate trading of Conflict Diamonds. Each one
of our diamond sources obtains diamonds from legitimate sources and
complies with the Kimberly Process. In short MySolitaire does not sell
any conflict diamonds.
Legal Notices:
MySolitaire under no circumstances be
liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages
of any kind. This applies to all forms of action, whether in contract,
tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise.
