Installation: Complimentary support applies to installations as described in the HowToInstall file on the product CD and to errors or crashes that occur during or immediately after such an installation. Complimentary support does not apply to server products or software deployments to multiple users across a network using SMS, Tivoli, msiexec, group policy, or similar technologies; nor does complimentary support apply to customizing installer packages using InstallShield Tuner for Acrobat®.
Product defects: Complimentary support is available for product defects that are documented in our Support Knowledgebase and for new product defects that are identified by technicians while troubleshooting.
When you call, please have your credit card ready. A technical support representative will determine if your support issue qualifies for complimentary or paid support. If your support issue does not qualify for complimentary support, you may purchase a single incident to proceed with the call.
