I was simply browsing the internet for store builder
packages as I wanted to try a new service from my last
one. I found InstanteStore while doing the search and
it was really very easy and with alot more features and
better template options than I had at the time. It took
me about 6 weeks to get the store up but this was not
full time. I must say the customer service has been excellent,
and still is! I am very pleased with my store and am still
learning about all it's great features.

| I learned after I committed to the program that the tech support was not in the U.S. I knew then that all of my interactions would be by email. My first couple of questions took a day or two to answer. Then I begin communicating with Sui Sim, Goh. She has been extremely responsive. Other than our work times are opposite the support has been good. Also, the program is easy to use and has so many customization options that it really makes it unique. - Joan Kelley |

I have been using another web store provider for the past 2 years and have outgrown them and found InstanteStore to have all the features that I require to grow. | InstanteStore made my life so much easier to set up my website. Using the InstanteStore solution, it took me about 6 hours to add my large product line, and to really customize one of the templates to a great degree in order for me to completely set up my website. I was able to do this without any additional costs. Now the template fits my website needs to a "T". The service and tech support was awesome. They were always right there when I needed the help. I searched long and hard for the best e-commerce solution.
I developed my own, downloaded dozens of out-of-the box
solutions and tested loads of hosted solutions. I came
across Instantestore and liked the look and feel of the
product. I kept my eye on Instantestore for about 18 months
- during that time they continued to add features and
functionality - before I decided to sign up for the Instantestore
solution. Instantestore offers functionality that I would
never have the time to build into my own site. I've got
23 years into the IT field and know what it takes to build
a solid software product - and Instantestore is solid
and loaded with functionality. I spent several hours working
on a test store over the course of a week. The site was
easy and intuitive to develop. To get up and running will
take you just a few hours - it will take longer to get
to know all the functionality that Instantestore has built-in.
The great thing about the Instantestore solution is that
the extra functionality isn't stuff that makes it too
complex to use - it's great stuff like affiliate tracking,
shipping options, coupons, etc that will help set your
site above the competition. I have found the customer
and technical support to be very responsive. We communicate
primarily via email and all my issues have been promptly
addressed. In addition to running www.afrikanrepublic.com,
I am a full-time IT manager. I work with vendors all the
time, and Instantestore has proven to be reliable and
highly skilled. I'd suggest working with Instanestore's

I came across InstanteStore while doing a search for
shopping cart software on the internet. It is an amazing
program with more capabilities than Microsoft offered
and for a lower price! It took us 30 days to set up and
we are still adding vendors and will be for the next 30
days. Whenever I came across any difficulty, the support
team at InstanteStore is really quick to respond. Sui
Sim is top notch with service and very patient. I am very
fortunate to have the level of service thus far. Keep

small or large business may need. It took me a few days
to a week to see that InstanteStore had all I was looking
for. Being across the world is hard but the customer service
and tech support answer my questions within a day and
