Jiany, Steve & Diana Alvarez next door have still not sold their house. Their list price is $990,000 I believe....There is a gated house that is bigger than their's that has come on the market a few weeks ago, and their agent felt they should list @ $950,900....boy, I think we sold at the right time.....I cannot beleive we got $1,089,000. Do you want me to talk to Diana about you, she was asking me if you may be able to help them. Talk to you later.
