Corrections policy, or how not to do it, is played out in Hilo shooting
Was it an excessive use of force? Probably. Was it clear negligence and stupidity on the part of corrections? Absolutely.

Keep drunks from driving
The past week has claimed a deadly toll on West Hawaii roads, four lives, including an 11-year-old boy. And worse yet, police reported alcohol to be a possible factor in three of the four fatalities.

Film depiction
I do not think that the movie depicting the events on flight 93 on 9/11 are too early to release. It credits the heroism of the passengers who would rather fight than die.
