Marketing Campaign Manager
Poole, c.£22,000
Supporter marketing activities play a vital role in increasing supporter retention through the development and implementation of the Supporter Journey. This is a great opportunity to join this dynamic team, co-ordinating and project managing a range of marketing campaigns from the lottery to membership renewals and Appeals, helping to increase lifetime value of our supporters and optimise income.
Working within the Supporter Marketing team you'll co-ordinate the budget and execute campaigns covering direct mail, advertising, press inserts, telefundraising, lottery and emedia activity. This will include creative development and inception through to campaign delivery. You will carefully monitor effectiveness to ensure targets are achieved and objectives are met. It's also a chance to work closely with creative agencies and other suppliers - ensuring the very best for the RNLI.
With a degree or CIM diploma in Marketing, you'll have at least two years' direct marketing experience, gained either client or agency side, and a proven track record of campaign management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential together with being a self-starter and supportive team player.

Post Room Assistants x 2

An organisation the size of the RNLI generates and receives a substantial amount of mail day in, day out. Getting it to the right person, in the right place, and on time, is absolutely vital.
We currently have two permanent vacancies in the Headquarters Post Room – one is a full-time 37-hour week, and the other is a 23-hour week contract against a set work pattern, details of which should be requested from Human Resources when requesting an application pack.
You’ll assist with the day-to-day running of the Post Room, dealing with all aspects of internal and external mail - opening, sorting, collating, delivering and franking. In addition, you ’ll help maintain photocopiers, as well as undertaking general clerical and housekeeping tasks in the department. From time-to-time, when the supervisor is away from the department, you may be required to handle additional supervisory duties too.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who is organised, self-motivated, a natural communicator. Some PC literacy is also needed, as is demonstrable teamwork and high attention to detail. Ideally, you will have some post room experience, but this is not critical, as full training will be provided.
