Team
Real Estate, Inc. has managed a number of acquisition and
development projects for the owners of TEAM. The most
recent are the renovation (recycling) of two Cornet (Variety)
Stores, vintage 1960, located in Wahiawa (acquired June 1999)
and Makaha (June 2000) into modern retail centers:

Makaha Marketplace(as of 6/27/01)
is
located at 84-1170 Farrington Hwy in Makaha on the
corner of Makaha Valley Road which leads to the Makaha Resort
Golf Courses and is directly across from beautiful and culturally
significant Mauna Lahilahi Beach Park. The former Cornet
Village consists of three buildings of about 100,000 sq. ft
of retail space covering over four acres of fee simple land.
The plan is to develop the property into a combination strip
mall and indoor shopping mall with very affordable rents.
Current tenants include a family medical clinic, two property
management companies, a laundromat, a used appliance store,
a computer company, a sporting goods company and a used auto
dealer.
