State Fair Scholarship Program
The State Fair of Texas established its scholarship program in 1992. Since then, more than $1.6 million in new and renewed scholarships have been awarded to eligible high school seniors.
This program offers $1,000 grants to students across Texas who participate in State Fair livestock shows and to seniors attending the following DISD high schools in the Fair Park area: Lincoln, James Madison, North Dallas and Woodrow Wilson.
Scholarship recipients may be eligible for additional monies if they keep up their grades: College students who maintain a 3.0 GPA while working toward their degrees are awarded $1,000 scholarship renewals.
