Beach Cottage Sales: Starting at $82,500.00
Cottages are 400 square feet plus a 150 square foot
sleeping loft, larger cottages have up to 240 square feet additions. Price
includes trex decking, four person hot tub, barbeque, landscaping, and a
$1500 furniture allowance. Cottages are turn key which includes
carpet, window treatments, and appliances.
If the owner chooses to join the rental pool, their cottage is
rented out by Turtle Rock Resort. Owners can use the cottages whenever
they desire, there are no limits on owner stays.
There is a $425.00 monthly lease for the property on which
the cottage sits. The lease covers the expenses of water, sewer,
satellite TV, trash service, grounds upkeep, etc.
Financing is available for as little as 10% down on approved
credit.
Compared to the purchase of a motor home, or a vacant lot next to the beach, a cottage is ready to move in to
for less!
