Stratland Homes of Florida Winner in Parade of Homes Debut!
Palmetto, FL -- May 11, 2005 -- The Villas at Oak Bend community by Stratland Homes was entered into the Parade of Homes competition this year. The Parade of Homes is a joint event between the Homebuilders Association of Manatee and Sarasota counties and this year there were 108 entries. The Parade of Homes ran from February 26 through March 13. After two weeks of waiting, the winners were announced.
The Villas at Oak Bend "English Oak" model won six awards. The awards were as follows - best floor plan, best architectural design, best kitchen, best master suite, best curb appeal and best overall in their price bracket.
