Secretary Rice Visiting Bulgaria Today
Secretary Rice arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria today and was met my World Figure Skating Champions Albena Denkova, and children from a local figure skating team. Secretary Rice is in Sofia today and tomorrow joining informal meetings of North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Foreign Ministers to discuss preparations for the NATO Summit in Riga, Latvia this November.  more from the Secretary's trip to Turkey, Greece, Iraq and Bulgaria

A peace accord for Darfur is within reach.
