We
offer
several ways
to order our
products:
1)
Via the
Internet. We
use https
secured
processing
for your
protection.
We also take
the extra
step to
encrypt your
credit card
information
on our
server. See
our
privacy
policy
for more
information.
Each item
for sale has
two buttons
to order
with:
- this
button adds
the item to
your
shopping
cart. When
you add one
to your
shopping
cart you
will first
be prompted
to enter the
products
personalized
information.
You may view
your
shopping
cart, change
the items
placed
there,
and purchase
the contents
by looking
for the
shopping
cart icon
and clicking
on it.
- this
button will
take you to
the screen
to enter any
personalized
information,
and then
proceed
directly to
the checkout
process.
Shopping
Basket
Problems:
If you are
having
problems
with our
shopping
basket and
ordering
(shopping
basket
always
empty), it
may because
of your
Cookie
settings on
Internet
Explorer or
Netscape. We
use cookies
to provide a
smooth and
enjoyable
shopping
experience.
You can try
setting your
privacy
options in
IE for
example, to
medium and
then try to
order a
product
again. To do
this when in
Internet
Explorer, go
to Tools,
Internet
options and
click on
privacy tab.
Then simply
change your
setting to
medium and
hit apply.
After you
are done
shopping you
may change
it back.
Support for
customers
that are
blocking
cookies
completely:
See previous
paragraph on
shopping
basket and
ordering
problems. We
recommend
changing
your
security
settings, or
in IE adding
www.more4kids.com
to accept
cookies.
However, if
you don't
wish to, we
do support
total
cookie-less
shopping,
unfortunately,
its a little
more
cumbersome.
The default
is you can
only buy one
product at a
time. If we
notice
multiple
product
purchases
from the
same address
we will go
in and
adjust the
shipping
after the
fact and let
you know so
you are not
paying full
price for
each product
shipped.
Orders must
be on the
same day and
within the
same hour or
two.
To utilize
fully the
shopping
cart for
multiple
purchases,
simply stay
in our back
end shopping
system. To
do this, on
our main
webpage
(www.more4kids.com),
click on the
"store" link
and when in
our backend
store use
the
navigation
links on the
side and at
the top of
the pages to
find and
order your
products.
In the
shopping
basket don't
use the
navigation
links under
the items,
just use the
links on the
left hand
side or at
the top of
the page.
2)
Mail
- Our
online
ordering
system now
supports
payments via
mail. Order
as you
normally
would via
the internet
and just
select
"check" as
the payment
type. Once
you receive
your email
order
acknowledge,
send a copy
of your
order form
along with
your check
or money
order to:

available

best time to

Payment
Methods:
We accept
Visa/MasterCard/Discover for
Internet,
mail/fax and
phone
orders.
For mail
order we
also accept
personal
checks and
money
orders.
Personal
checks must
clear for
first time
customers
before order
is sent.
Once a
customer
becomes
established
with us we
will ship
upon check
arrival.

Shipping
& Handling:
** Please
make sure
your contact
information,
especially
your email
address is
correct. Due
to the
personalized
nature of
our products
we may need
to reach you
to clarify
information,
and if we
have a bad
email
address or a
phone number
it may delay
processing
and shipping

** Normally
it takes
about a week to
process your
order
(create and
package).
Please take
that into
account when
selecting
how you wish
to have it
shipped
(below).
In
calculating
when it
should
arrive add
shipment
time on to
the
processing
time. **
U.S.
Ground is
usually shipped media
mail,
depending on
the weight.
This may
take up to 9
business
days after
it is
shipped and
is the most
economical
way to ship.
We have seen
it take less
time and we
have also
seen it take
a little
more time.
For
ground
shipping the first
item is $2.00 and
each
additional
item is $.50
Priority is
shipped US
Priority
mail. It is
$4.25 for the
first item
and $.50 for
each
additional
item.
Note on
U.S.
Shipping
All our
quotes for
shipments
are based on
US Postal
Service
shipping
estimates
and are are
Not
Guaranteed
by us.
During the
non-holiday
season (Jan
to Oct), we
will do our
best to
process
(create and
package)
within 1
week of
order
placement.
Please add a
few extra
days for our
baby bibs
and blankets
as these are
hand-stitched
when we
receive the
order.
Actual
shipment
time
will depend
on the
shipment
method
chosen at
the time of
the order
and
should be
added to the
processing
time.
We utilize
the U.S.
Post office
for our
priority and
standard
mail.
Priority
mail is
usually the
fastest way
to ship. The
U.S. Post
office
quotes
between 2 to
3 business
days for
priority
mail.
However, we
have
occasionally
seen
Priority
Mail take
longer.
While we
take great
pride in our
timely order
processing,
we
cannot
guarantee a
specific
arrival date
since once
it is
shipped it
is out of
our hands.
During the
holiday
season (Nov
through
December),
it takes
about a week
and a half
to process
orders, and
shipping
will depend
on the Post
Office.
Actual
shipment
time will
depend on
the shipment
method
chosen at
the time of
the order
and should
be added to
the
processing
time.
All our
orders are
personalized
by hand.
It is highly
recommended
in December
to use
priority
mail, and
all orders
should be
placed by
December
11th.
We are
planning our
last day or
shipment to
be December
21st for
orders
placed on
the 11th at
the latest.
Everything
after that
is on a
first come
first serve
basis and
will not be
processed
until after
Dec 25th.
Tracking
- All
priority
mail is
tracked by
us with no
extra cost
to the
customer.
Canada
Global
Priority is
used for
shipping to
Canada. It is
$8 for the
first item
and $1.00 for
each
additional
item.
U.K/Europe/Australia
Global
Priority is
used for
shipping. It
is $10 for
the first
item and
$1.00 for
each
additional
item.
Note on
International
Shipping
(outside
U.S.)
All customs
import, duties and
taxes are
the
responsibility
of the
customer and
is not
included in
the price of
the item.

refund or
compensate
in any way
Duties,
Import or
Customs fees
