Except R-STUDIO 2.0 CD package all our products are downloadable only. Upon purchase,
downloadable products can be downloaded immediately. Downloadable packages include a
distribution file of the product, electronic documentation and license only.
The packages do not include a box or media.
Each copy of the product is supplied with a unique registration key for product
installation and registration. R-Studio Network versions are supplied with extra
five unique registration numbers for
R-Studio Agent/R-Studio Agent Emergency copies.
The registration keys and registration numbers are generated automatically and sent to
customers e-mail boxes immediately after purchase. R-STUDIO 2.0 CD order is packaged
and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded)
after purchase. Shipping times vary based upon region and delivery option.
We recommend you to download and install a free limited demo or fully functional
evaluation version of the product to evaluate and get a full understanding of its
capabilities and ease of use before purchasing.
With the purchase of a new R-TT software product, you receive one year of support
services that includes technical support, customer support and all upgrades and new
releases for your product during that term. When your 1-year support service expires,
you will need to renew that support at a discounted price to continue receiving support
services. The renewal support purchase will extend your support by 1-year from the date
of its expiration.
Any Software that is made available to download from this web site is the copyrighted
work of R-tools technology Inc. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the
End User License Agreement ("EULA"). The Software is made available for downloading
solely for use by end users according to the EULA. Any reproduction or redistribution
of the Software not in accordance with the EULA is expressly prohibited by law, and
may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Each computer or server running a product from R-TT must be licensed. Licenses are
permanent and never expire. The products are licensed per machine, not per user.
