Programs at Royal Roads University are focused on providing people with the skills and knowledge in demand in the global workplace. They are for those who wish to start, renew or advance in their careers.

Admission to programs is based on criteria that ensure the highest standards of academic quality and student achievement. International or cross-cultural experience is an asset to entrance. The majority of programs at RRU are conducted in English, and English language skills and competency are required. The exception is MBA programs currently offered in Mandarin in China and Taiwan.

The graduate programs at Royal Roads University are designed for people with several years of life and/or work experience (including voluntary and community activities) plus a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Royal Roads University undergraduate degree completion programs (years three and four) are designed for those with some post-secondary education and/or work/life experience equivalent to two years of university or college. Royal Roads does not offer years one or two in undergraduate programming.

Royal Roads University also offers short executive development courses and programs for individuals and organizations in the areas of advanced management studies and leadership skills. These programs can be designed to suit the specific needs of an organization.

All applications to Royal Roads are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Important note: Royal Roads University is in the process of developing English Language programming and expects to be able to offer these skills in 2006.
