Cancellation Policy
ShowTickets.com service fee is non-refundable. Upon final confirmation
of your ticket order, tickets are non-refundable or non-cancelable.
In the event the show is cancelled by the venue or performer, the
ticket price will be refunded.
Claiming Your Tickets
All reservations must be claimed no later than six (6) hours prior to the event.
In the event you miss this pick up time, your tickets will be cancelled and non-refundable.
The person ordering the tickets must be the person picking up the tickets. When claiming
your tickets, you must have the original credit card used to purchase
along with your picture Identification. All tickets must be claimed
at a ShowTickets.com retail outlet.
