Casa Paradis is a stylish 4 bedroom townhouse with private garden, set in the heart of historic Calvi, Corsica. Light, spacious and airy, and furnished in a modern contemporary style, it's just minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, marina and citadel.

Calvi is arguably the most beautiful of Corsica's towns, with it's genoese citadel and crescent-shaped bay backed by snowcapped mountains. It's 6km sandy beach is gently-shelving and very popular with families, and it offers a variety of watersports such as hobiecats and windsurfing. Other activities on offer include diving, sailing, tennis, horseriding, hiking and cycling among others. The picturesque cobbled streets are filled with boutiques and delicatessens, and the waterfront is lined with restaurants and cafes, where you can enjoy excellent food and wine. A car is not essential as the house is in the town itself, but is recommended in order to explore the beautiful mountain villages, forests and stunning surrounding countryside.

Casa Paradis is entered through a gate which leads into the private patio garden with barbecue and teak table and chairs. Steps lead up to the front door. On the ground floor there is a modern very well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, gas range oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a mosaic table and chairs. The large living room has 3 sofas, fireplace, large dining table, dvd, satellite tv, cd stereo. There is a double bedroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 2 twin bedrooms, a double bedroom, a family bathroom with full-length bath, shower cubicle and two sinks, and a second separate toilet. Prices for the house are per week and include sheets and towels and a cleaner who visits three times a week including changeover day (Sunday). We now have a telephone and local internet connection point - calls deducted from the cash deposit.
