What are the shipping costs and times?
BeSafeAlarms offers shipping
to anywhere in the U.K at the reduced rate of £2.99. Customers ordering outside the
U.K are at present charged a standard £3.99 with every order. Shipping within
the U.K is always sent by first class post and we aim to have your order
despatched within 2 days.
How do I track my order?
As soon
as your order has been processed by our payment gateway it will appear in the
"Past Orders" section of your "Account". Orders that have just been received
will be set to a status of entering until a member of dispatch processes it.
How do I return an item?
If you have received a faulty
product they should be return within 7 days of delivery to the following

ensure all packaging and sales receipts are returned in the parcel.
I no longer require my order, how do I receive a refund?
We will happily refund any order once the items have been returned in original, un-opened condition to the below address. We do, however, charge a 6% handling charge to cover our costs.

live outside the U.K. What are the prices in my currency?
At present
BeSafeAlarms prices are displayed in £'s Sterling & are estimated in US
Dollars and Euros. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, you can choose to
pay in either British Pounds (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) when
reaching the checkout stage. We can accept orders from almost all countries.
