I nnkeeping professionals from Kansas,
Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas met in Branson, MO on March 6, 2005
for the second biennial Heartland of America Innkeepers Conference.
The three-day conference offered
over 250 attendees the opportunity to learn about new trends and
issues affecting the B&B industry. Presentations and panel discussions
included subjects as diverse as travelers' changing needs, insurance
coverage for B&B's, and creative ways to serve meals.
The Heartland Conference was
held at Branson's Chateau on the Lake Hotel. It was planned and
organized by the state B&B associations of Kansas, Missouri,
Oklahoma and Arkansas, with coordination by PAII. PAII is based
in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
