Unacceptable Use
Account use for unlawful purposes will not be tolerated, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This includes and is not limited to: attempts to gain unauthorized access to our servers, spam in any form whatsoever (defined as unsolicited advertising and/or sending bulk emails to off-topic newsgroups), violating other state and/or federal law, and any other activities deemed illegal by federal or state authorities. Use of uswebhosting.com servers for background processes such as IRC servers/clients, bnc(bounce) servers, bots, or any other background daemons that take up extensive amounts of server resources is strictly prohibited and those accounts will be terminated immediately.

Content
We will not host any illegal software such as warez or unlicensed mp3's. Child pornography is illegal and will be reported immediately to the proper authorities.

Privacy Policy
USwebhosting.com will not, under any circumstances, render customer information such as names, addresses and phone numbers, unto any third party, unless required to appease law enforcement or any other laws of United States.

Backups and Data Loss
You use this service at your own risk. USWebhosting.com is not responsible for for any data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all data transfrered and to maintain appropriate backups of the data.

Payments
Credit card payments are charged one day before the invoice is due. Your account will be suspended if payment is not recieved 3 days after it is due. Your account will be deleted 5 days after it has been suspended. To reinstate an account, and additional fee of $10 will be charged.

Cancellation
To cancel an account, please open a support ticket requesting cancelation. Cancellations are processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be granted upon request, and only if we are notified of cancellation within the first 30 days. Accounts that have been suspended for violation of our policies will not be refunded. Clients on a three month, six month, or annual contract will not be refunded for the remainder of the hosting period, unless notified within the first 30 days. The client is responsible for all fees from the time the account was established, to the indicated time of cancellation. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

Account Suspension/Deactivation
Accounts can and will be suspended for violation of these policies. The account shall be reinstated once the client becomes compliant with this policy.

Affiliate Policy
All participants in the referral policy must abide by the conditions set forth in this document. All payouts of the commission earned will be made through paypal or by check.

Free Domain Name Offer
The offer of free domain name is conditional upon the purchase of a web hosting plan for 1 year period or longer. We reserve the right to withdraw this or any other offer, at will. Only certain domains are eligible for the free domain name offer.

We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide with the exception of the 30 day guarantee. We reserve the right to revise these policies at any time.
