Return Policy

Incorrect or defective units will be replaced or refunded. Returns for any other reasons will be charged a 10-20% restocking fee (because the manufacturers charge us those fees).

• The returned item, along with the original box and packing materials, must be in resellable condition.

• Returns must be properly packaged and insured, just as you received it.

• We do not accept returns other than defective merchandise after product is assembled or used.

• Credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products. No exceptions.

• Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met.

Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 7 days from receipts of goods and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exceptions.

Note: Returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to higher restocking fees. Please do not return any items to us directly.
