Le Moulin de Grolhier and the Le Ruisseau and La Grange gites are located in the Dordogne , north of Nontron in the “Perigord Vert” deep in the Perigord - Limousin Natural Park. We are between 3 cities: Perigueux, Limoges and Angouleme, near the small, picturesque hamlet of Busserolles. The countryside around us is calm and quiet. The large lake (27ha) in front of the property is a migrating bird sanctuary, full of wildlife. There is all kinds of activities available locally including Lakes for swimming, horse riding, tennis, walking, fishing, golf, go-karting, quad-biking, bird watching, local markets and lots more.

It has a large, well equipped kitchen and open plan living/ dining room on the ground floor with covered terrace and two double bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. two single beds can be placed in the larger (5x7m)of the bedrooms to bring the sleeping arrangements to 6.
