There are anti-avoidance measures to prevent circumvention of the policy by 'Related Persons'. A person will be 'Related Person' if:

• they are the same person (e.g. the same person has multiple tags); or
• they are a 'Connected Person' within the meaning of s.346 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended); or
• we believe that one or more persons are operating in a way which has as its object or effect greater access or levels of use of a service than would be permitted to one person acting alone and legitimately.

In all such cases, we may impose such usage or other relevant restrictions as it sees fit on all participants (unwitting or otherwise) in order to prevent the abuse.
