Sponsorship Opportunities
The National Missing Persons Unit (NMPU) at the Australian Bureau of Criminal Intelligence (ABCI) welcomes potential sponsors to assist in its mission to coordinate and promote a national, integrated approach to reduce the incidence and impact of missing persons.

The following are some of the opportunities available. Potential sponsors should not feel restricted to this list:

National promotion of sponsor’s logo on
– posters
– pamphlets
– flyers
– internet site
– publications in Languages Other Than English;

Research towards preventative approaches to missing persons;

Information technology solutions; and

Provision of services such as printing, design and marketing.

The NMPU operates under Sponsorship Guidelines which can be provided on request. Sponsors may care to note the framework within which sponsorships can be accepted by the NMPU.

The NMPU encourages a co-ordinated response to the issue of missing persons in Australia working with Commonwealth and State Government agencies and the organisations represented on the two NMPU National Committees. The organisations represented on the Police Consultative Group on Missing Persons and the National Advisory Committee on Missing Persons are:
