and BREAKFAST Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- Minimum 2 night stay: unless you see a vacancy in between 2 other reservations
- PAYMENT: 1
night's deposit
will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. By booking
a room with your credit card you agree that you are in fact purchasing
your accommodations at Birds
of a Feather in advance in accordance with the policies
listed herein as opposed to guaranteeing your booking with your credit
card. The balance of your stay will be charged to your credit card
10 days before your check-in date. Stays of 1 week, or more must
be paid in full at time of reservation and there are no refunds of
any type under any circumstances.
- CANCELLATION
POLICY: We issue transferable gift certificates for the full value of your payment in lieu of a refund for all cancellations made at least 10 days prior to check-in. Please consider travel insurance.
- All ACCOMMODATION
RATES: are quoted and charged
in Canadian dollars. All rates are based on 1 nights accommodation for
max. 2 people (add $25.00 per extra person in same room) and always
include a full hot breakfast, the use of our private dock, canoe,
kayaks, peddle boat and bicycles. Your credit card company will convert
the Canadian dollar amount to your local currency. Please be aware
that exchange rates fluctuate with the currency market. CLICK

VACATION
RENTAL Reservation and Cancellation Policies
- Length of Stays: 3-night
minimum. Any of our rooms may be booked as a Vacation Rental (without
breakfast served) at any time of the year. We will give you
a 25% discount coupon to our local
White
Spot restaurant which you can use repeatedly during your stay
for all of your meals. Each room is also equipped with a kitchenette
(microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, kitchen sink, cutlery, dishes,
coffee-maker and kettle).
- Rates: for
daily rates simply deduct 15% from the B&B prices including the
extra person surcharge of $25.00 where applicable. For weekly rates deduct
a further amount equal to the cost of 1 day for each 7 day period.
