Q. Is the rate shown on a “per room” or “per person” basis?

The rates are always quoted on a Per Room Per Night basis, unless otherwise is stated. Rates for apartments are always quoted on a Per Apartment Per Night basis, unless otherwise is stated.

Q. What currency is the room rate quoted in?

Generally, we quote room rates in the local currency for each respective hotel.

For example, Australian hotels marketed by HolidayCity are quoted in Australian Dollars (AU$) and Malaysian hotels are quoted in Malaysian Ringgits (RM$). For some major international destinations, US Dollars (US$) are quoted instead of the local currency.

To find out the room rates in your own currency, please use the AquariusSoft Currency Converter. Alternately, you can use the Oanda Currency Converter. You also have the option of downloading a desktop currency converter, the HolidayCity sponsored currency converter.

Please note that some hotels can only accommodate requests for additional beds in their Superior and Deluxe Rooms.
