Please call and ask for details or visit us in the historic Village of Arroyo Grande.  Wolff Vineyards 2004 Edna Valley SyrahThis Syrah has deep berry and spice aromas. Concentrated black cherry and ripe plum flavors are layered with pepper. The tannins are refined and provide a nice texture with a full-bodied finish with toasty oak nuances.  Wolff Vineyards 2003 Edna Valley ChardonnayThis Chardonnay has a forward nose of fragrant tropical fruit, ripe pineapple and guava, with smooth buttery undertone. It is well balanced with citrusy acidity on light toasted oak and has a long complex finish. Wolff Vineyards 2003 Edna Valley Pinot Noir Dijon clones SelectionThis Pinot Noir has a bright red fruit profile with a nice strawberry jam and black cherry aroma. Smooth and round interlaced with a hint of raspberry and white pepper. Good acid backbone, well focused on the finish with light toasted oak and some tannins. Joel Gott 2003 California Cabernet SauvignonThe Joel Gott 2003 California Cabernet Sauvignon is a select blend and culmination of vineyards from 3 regions; Napa Valley, Sonoma, and Lodi. It is an initial example of a great California vintage for Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine exhibits a ruby red and purple color. There are notes of cassis, red cherry, and chocolate in the aroma. The wine enters your mouth with up front sweet fruit; black cherry and mocha flavors follow. It is medium density, with smooth and ripe tannins, and a long mellow finish, making it an awesome wine to enjoy young.  Joel Gott 2004 California Sauvignon BlancThis wine comes from three distinct vineyards in the Napa Valley. Each vineyard provides fruit that exhibit unique varietal characteristics. These all culminate to create a style of Sauvignon Blanc that has zesty, herbal and citrus aromas with tropical grapefruit and mineral flavors. This is a wonderful food friendly wine, with bright acidity and long lasting finish. Talley Vineyards 2004 Arroyo Grande Valley Sauvignon BlancProduced entirely from Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grapes .  Clairborne & Churchhill 2003 Central Coast Dry GewurztraminerClairborne & Churchill's Dry Gerwurtztraminer offers the aromatic and floral qualities of this spicy varietal and is at the same time a dry dinner wine. Its firm structure and rich texture allow it to be enjoyed with a wide variety of foods.  Clautiere Vineyard 2002 Estate Grown Paso Robles SyrahAt perfect ripeness, the handpicked grapes are crafted into the delectable wine in this bottle. The wine is barrel aged for 16 months in Hungarian, American and French oak to enhance the distinctive flavors of Syrah. The result is a wine with perfect balance of fruit, structure and finish.  Clautiere Vineyard 2002 Paso Robles Cabernet SauvignonThis Cabernet Sauvignon is deep purple in coor with powerful black cherry and cassis aromas complemented by sweet red cherry, plum and raspberry flavors that linger on the palate and are supported by supple, fine-grained tannins. Rich, deepa nd balanced, this wine brilliantly integrates the fruit and oak.  Mosby Winery 2001 French Camp Vineyard La Seduzione (Lagrein)Lagrein is named after the Lagarina Valley of Trentino, Italy.
