of 17 to 32 years grow: mango, papaya, cas, lemon,
maraņon (cashew nut tree), star fruit, guanabana (guave),
as well as, tropical hardwood trees, primarily teak
of harvest age and younger. The property has a riverfront
of 1100 m, with year round natural swimming pools.
Fresh water shrimps can be harvested straight from
the river. The river valley with its beautiful green
forest offers spectacular views of the rolling countryside
and supports an abundance of wildlife typical of this
area: deer, monkeys, birds, butterflies, armadillo,
and washbears to name a few.

very basic, but in good condition and ready to live
in. It has six small bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry
room and kitchen and dining area. Other constructions
are a shed in the back, garage/storage area, a chicken
coop and a corral.
