Above rates are based on single occupancy in a private room. All rates and homestay fees are in Canadian dollars. Couples sharing the same room are welcome at one and half time of all rates. ** ESL program levels are subject to English Language skill testing upon arrival. Discounts are available for more than three weeks. Homes are different; therefore, we take the time to check all accommodations and make sure that they meet our minimum standards. Therefore, all homestays will include the following: English speaking family Private room with a window Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet cover, blanket and two pillows) Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio Work desk with chair and desk lamp Closet and a mirror Access to TV with cable channels in the living room Private or shared bathroom If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans

Minor Student Services: for students up to 16 years old who require extra attention in terms of room cleaning, doing laundry, some driving, attention to school matters; like school supplies, parent meetings, attending school functions, hiring extra tutoring, etc... Please consider adding CAN $300 a month per student to above rates. Provider of this service can be another credible person other than host family member. Airport Pick up ServicesMost of the time your VHA representative will pick you up with his vehicle, unless we have more than one pick up at the same time, we will ask host family to pick you up from the airport. We will display a sign in English with your name on it at the arrival hall. We will pick you up with your luggage and escort you to the homestay. If you get delayed for any reason more than one and half hours or expect further delay, please call (604) 328-4546 from any pay phone and let us know . Please note that Vancouver International Airport is actually located in the City of Richmond, it is a quiet distance away from most Vancouver Lower Mainland municipalities.
