MxTranscribe EHR incorporates a powerful, easy-to-use reporting and analysis module that provides critical, real time management information.
Sample Reports
Activity Analysis - number of files and line count per provider over a selectable date range
Turn-Around-Time - Average TAT on a per provider and per facility basis
Work Flow Analysis - tracks status of files at each point in your work flow, i.e., documents reviewed, signed, printed and filed
Average line count for providers - for selected date range, shows number of files, number of lines, and average lines per file by provider
Line count by Type - for selected date range, shows line counts for each template in use, by provider
Practice summary by month - for selected date range, shows monthly totals or averages for lines, file count, line count, turnaround time
Provider Activity - for selected date range, shows files, lines, first upload date, last upload date for providers. Useful for monitoring if providers are staying current.
Provider average time to upload - for selected date range, shows average elapsed time between dication and upload of files to MxSecure. Note, this report will only be accurate if the clock is set correctly on the Olympus recorders!
Provider line count by month - for selected date range, shows line counts by provider totalled by month in table format.
Status of dictated files - Shows status of all files dictated within selected date range
Status of uploaded files - Shows status of all files uploaded within selected date range
