Cabbage Soup Diet Plan
During the whole week you may have as much cabbage soup as you want and the drinks throughout should preferably be water
Day 1:
Cabbage soup and as many fruits as you like except bananas.
Cabbage soup and as many vegetables as you like. For one meal you are allowed a baked potato with butter (no fruits today).
Cabbage soup and any fruits and vegetables
Cabbage soup and up to eight bananas and as much skimmed milk as you like.
Cabbage soup and for the main meal up to 450 grams of any meat or fish. You may also have six tomatoes
Cabbage soup and as much meat and vegetables as you desire.
Cabbage soup, brown rice and as many vegetables as you want. You can also have unsweetened fruit juice to drink.
