Claim filed for Delayed Luggage
- To track your delayed luggage, enter the file reference number provided by the airport personnel who assisted you with your claim.
- For NWA flights only, you may also call 1-800-745-9798 and enter the file reference number provided by the airport personnel who assisted you with your claim.
If the information is not available, please check back later or contact your nearest airport.

Please contact your nearest airport Luggage Service Office. Offices are generally staffed during airport hours of operation. If our luggage service office agents are assisting other customers, you will be prompted to leave a message.

Tracking Delayed Luggage on Alliance Partners
We are only able to track delayed luggage on Northwest flights and KLM North American flights. For luggage delayed on our other alliance partners, please contact the appropriate airline. View a list of our alliance partners.
