Check flight and gate status with current weather

1. Select 'Flight and Gate Status'
2. Enter your flight number
3. Select the date which you would like to check flight and gate status and receive weather conditions

  Request flight status notification

1. Select 'Flight Status Notification'
2. Select the flight segment for which you would like to be notified (arrival or departure)
3. Enter your flight number
4. Provide the three letter airport code for your selection
5. Select the date of the flight for which you would like to receive information
6. Select the number of hours (1,2,3,or 4 hours) in advance of your flight that you would like to be notified
7. Provide the email address of your handheld/PDA where you will receive the flight information

1. Select 'View/Change Reservation'
2. Enter your confirmation number
3. Enter your last name

1. Select 'View/Change Reservation'.
2. Enter your confirmation number.
3. Enter your last name.
4. Itineraries qualifying for last minute flight change (within 24 hours) will be underlined.
5. Select the flight change option.
6. Select and confirm an alternate itinerary.

   *Note: Available for unrestricted fare E-Tickets only.

  Rebook a canceled Northwest Airlines flight

1. Select 'View Reservation'.
2. Enter your confirmation number
3. Enter your last name
4. Receive notification of a canceled flight in your reservation
5. Select the flight rebook option
6. Select and confirm an alternate itinerary

2. Enter the three letter airport codes for origin and destination
3. Choose round trip/ one way
4. Enter departure and return date
5. Enter the number of travelers
6. Choose the class of service
