Goyal Petrofils Yarns Pvt. Ltd.:- Goyal Petrofils Yarns Pvt. LTD., is the flagship company of the group. It was established in 2002. Today, it is one of the largest independent texturising processing industries in north India. It is manufacturing yarn by the name of GeeTex. It is located in the heart of Punjab i.e. Ludhiana. Its yarn producing capacity is 5500 tonne per annum . The Company is engaged in manufacturing of wide variety of Polyester Filament Texturised / Roto / Twisted Yarn. The State-of-the-art Polyester plant incorporates the world's latest technology for high speed draw twisting and texturising. This plant is using latest machines purchased from Himson, Veejay Laxmi, Walkman etc. The product range covers a broad spectrum of yarns from 30 deniers to 250 deniers in Texturised and Twisted varieties. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of wide variety of Polyester Filament Texturised / Roto / Twisted Yarn since a decade. The company has achieved a turnover of Rs.20 crores for the financial year ended March, 2002. The versatile unit incorporates online computerized working environment. Its production capacity has increased to more than double due to installation of new machines during the year 2003 due to increase in demand of it’s product in the market. The company is all set to register a sustainable continuous growth in future due to quality of it’s products. Products are supplied to different textile areas like in Hosiery, Sportswear, Woven Fabrics, Industry and Furnishing.

Goyal Fabrics:- Goyal Fabrics, manufacturer of processed knitted fabrics in India and caters to the demand of garment manufacturing exporters and well-known local brands. Goyal Fabrics provides broad array of knitted fabric options designed to meet needs of fashion industry since 1997. Situated in a brand new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Ludhiana, Goyal Fabrics combines quality products, creative design, the most advanced manufacturing equipment and processes with optimal use of raw materials and efficient management to produce the best possible range of fabrics at the most competitive prices. At present the group's production of knitting fabrics is about 4000 tonnes, processing capacity of 39000 tpa per annum apart from manufacturing 65 metric tonnes of ring.

     The unit land measures 15000 sq. yard area.. This ensures an approximate consumption of 4000 Tons annually thereby resulting in a turnover of Rs. 20 Crores. Goyal Fabrics manufactures a wide selection of knitted cloth to meet today’s fashion. The company makes fabrics like polar fleece, anti pilling, sweeding, futher, licra, m.cord, lecosta, p.knit, any many more to full fill the needs of all industries like Garments, Baby Suits, T-Shirts, Ladies Wear, Blankets, Curtains, Seat Covers etc.
