We have been offering Plantronics® gear for over 5 years. FreeShippingToday.com was created to facilitate the need for home office users to buy quality telephone headsets at reasonable prices.

It is preferred that all Orders be placed online via this website. However, please do call in your order if you are not comfortable with making online purchases with your credit card.

All pricing is exclusive to this website.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club. Your credit card will be charged for the amount of your order when your order has shipped. When your order is placed we will make an authorization to your credit card for the purchase to confirm availability of funds and to verify credit card billing information.

Credit Card orders will require the address where the credit card statement is received. We can ship to a different location as long as we are able to prove the address we are shipping to. Please give us the information we ask for so there will be no delays in fulfillment of your order. We do investigate the validity of all credit card transactions for your safety.

International
We do not accept international orders of any kind. This includes shipment outside the United States or purchases shipped within the United States with a credit card issued from a bank outside the United States.

Shipping
All valid orders of $50 or more will be shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. Shipping is FREE. Our preferred method of shipment is UPS Ground - Residential and Commercial. Please see the Shipping Details page so that you can see how long it will take your items to get from us to you.

Security
It is our policy that all of our customers information remain private. We do not sell our customer list or any information relating to it. You can have confidence when purchasing with us as we use the latest technology available for secure transactions (Yahoo Shopping). Once your credit card information reaches our servers, it is stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet and is only accessible by management.

Order Status
You may check your order status online. When you have placed your order you will receive an email with a link to your Order Status Page where you will be able to view expected ship date and tracking information. If you have problems, you may email us at headsetsplus@yahoo.com

Backorders
Occasionally we may be out of stock of an item because of a special offer or a shortage in supply by the manufacturer. Most of our items are in stock however should an item not be available, we will notify you immediately so you may make a decision on how you want us to proceed with your order.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our return policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply.

Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a refund. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order. While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items

You will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping and handling costs (if any were incurred). For all other items, shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.

If you paid for shipping then the following pertains - ( Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method ).

Proper Conditions for Return and Credit

Please call 1st, all returns must have a RMA#, we will refuse all returns that fail to have an RMA #.

Merchandise must be in new condition with its original packing. We do not give refunds on accessories.

All returns must pay shipping both directions.

All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Credits are processed upon us receiving your returned merchandise. Please allow up to one billing cycle for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
