Managed Services
Remote Hands operation is an integral part of the FiberCloud service
package. We examine and reboot systems on verbal request, or
engage more complex operations, including admin login if needed, per
your written instructions. Our policy includes a generous free
service allocation per minor incident, with longer service periods
billed at an hourly rate.

Advanced Network Monitoring
FiberCloud Advanced Network Monitoring options provide for the
automated monitoring of important services on your servers and
network equipment, such as HTTP, SSL, FTP, and SMTP. You can be
notified by e-mail, pager, or ICQ at any time of day or night or on
a schedule that fits your requirements.

At the conclusion of every month, FiberCloud generates a report for

FiberCloud’s Advanced Network Monitoring program is fully
customizable, allowing you to specify your preferred combination of
monitoring points and alert points.
Data Backup
FiberCloud offers complete service to operate your supplied backup
equipment. We will change and rotate your tapes and manage offsite
storage under a custom plan designed with you to meet your needs.
