The palace, formerly "Palazzo Pascolutti- Giani", is a
wonderful architectural work of 19th century, today become an exclusive
residence which offers accommodation in 21 luxury Florence apartments
completely renewed and fully equipped.
The florentine building was previously home to the "Accademia
dei Risoluti", which gave birth to the theatre named "Alfieri".
The building is found in Piazza Ciompi. In this very noble square,
where the Ghiberti family lived, and situated opposite the residence
there is “Loggia del Pesce”, designed by Vasari.
The residence, new opening, was realized through a careful renovation
of external and internal spaces, together with a wise choise of
furniture and decoratings, which create a luxurious and romantic
atmosphere.
The flats are characterized by very large rooms with florentine
style furnitures. All are fully equipped with kitchen and accommodate
from 2 people up to a party of 8 people. The apartments spread on
the five floors of the Palace (two elevators) facing the Ciompi
square. Some of them have ceiling frescos dating back XIX Century,
some have private terrace. The flats at the high floor offer a panoramic
view on Florence...
In front of the building there is car parking for about 12 cars.
Inside there is a reception area to receive and assist guest.

Church
of Santa Croce: the monumental gothic church (1294) by Arnolfo
di Cambio is the largest Franciscan church in the world. Inside,
the works of Giotto and Donatello, and
the sepulcral monuments to Michelangelo, Galileo Galilei, Machiavelli.
Bargello:
the Palace houses the National Museum. Public building of the Middle Age,
it was built as a rectangular fortress in 1255 and completed during the
300. First headquarters of the Captain of the People, it housed during
the centuries many public offices till the Captain of Justice known as
Bargello. Having become the National Museum in 1865, the Bargello is home
to a prestigious collection of sculptures and decorative arts of the medieval
and renaissance period. A mention has to be made at the collection of
the renassaince sculpture that makes the museum one of the most important
in the world. 
Duomo
or Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore: the task of building the
Duomo, on the site of the old church S. Reparata, was entrusted to Arnolfo
di Cambio, in the year 1296. Following his death (1302), Giotto
was appointed to the supervise building work but he devoted himself mainly
to the Campanile. Later in 1357 Francesco Talenti and
Giovanni di Lapo Ghini continued work on the Duomo of
Florence enlarging the original Arnolfo's design.
