Traditionally, condo rentals mandate a 7-day stay. However,
due to the special relationships we have with our resorts,
ResorTime.com members enjoy the flexibility to stay
a night, a week, or a month at a luxury resort condo.
If you are a Timeshare Owner, you can even use ResorTime.com
to add nights to your Week Exchange.

You do not need to become a member of ResorTime.com
to book reservations with us, but all members enjoy
weekly updates on resort availability, new properties,
and special rates. ResorTime.com offers three different
levels of membership to the site, each with different
features and benefits.
- A free Standard membership is available to everyone.
Members can book Standard rates up to 1 year in advance.
- Premier Membership
is available to everyone for a low introductory annual
fee of $29.95. Premier Members also enjoy deep discounts
on nightly rates and additional Premier-only area
discounts and promotions. Premier members can book
up to 1 year in advance. If the resort or vacation
area is currently unavailable, Premier Members can
use the Wait List Notification
Service and receive an instant email as soon as the
requested dates become available.
- Owners
membership is available only to owners of timeshare
properties at our affiliated resorts. Owners can book
up to 30 days in advance, and enjoy the lowest prices
on nightly rates.

Association, Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce. Visitors Bureaus
include the towns of San Diego, Carlsbad, North County

with our resorts, you are not limited to booking a stay
for 7 days at a time like a typical timeshare. You can
use ResorTime.com to make a reservation for any number
of nights.
To use ResorTime.com’s reservation service, just
follow these steps:
1) Use
the search box on our home page to browse available
dates at resorts in the location you choose.
2) Browse specifics for each available resort,
and make your selection.
3) Follow the instructions on each screen to reserve
your resort online. Premier Members can also use
the exclusive email Wait
List Notification Service. All members can
call the ResorTime.com Travel Counselors for assistance
(877) 477-7368. |
ResorTime.com is not like a standard hotel service.
While a resort may be sold out today for a given date,
they may have an additional 10 condos that become available
tomorrow for that same date. If you do not see any availability
and you are planning a vacation in the next five days,
call Resort Reservations at 877.477.7368.
Check back frequently for the date and resort
you want. Available condos are continuously added
to our site.
Check your weekly
Hot Deals email newsletters for new availability,
hot deals, and new resorts that are added to our
affiliate list.
If you are a Premier Member or Premier Timeshare
