Use of the Site
You may only use the Site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You will be financially accountable for all uses of the Site by you. You may only use the Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use the Site to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions of Use. We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of the Site.
Availability of the Site
The Site is available worldwide to anyone with Internet access. However, the Site may not be continuously available due to maintenance or repairs or due to computer problems or crashes, disruption in Internet service or other unforeseen circumstances. The Site contains information on our worldwide products and services, not all of which are available in every location. A reference to a product or service on the Site does not imply that such product or service is or will be available in your location. The content of the Site, including advertising content, is intended for use and display only where its use and display are permissible in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Content Featured on the Site
All material on the Site belongs to Travel Team Norvista. You may retrieve and display Content from the Site on a computer screen, print individual pages on paper (but not photocopy them) and store such pages in electronic form on disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network) for your personal, non-commercial use.
Online Reservation/Occupancy
If you use the Norvista Travel Online Reservation facility set out in the Site, terms and conditions regarding availability, prices and cancellation apply to each room rate quoted and you should read carefully the room rate details that are provided before proceeding to complete your reservation. Any special needs must be notified at the time of reservation but will not be guaranteed.
All reservations are subject to availability. If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation deadline indicated your credit/charge card will be debited for the value of the first night stay booked in that room.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Travel Team Norvista DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, COMPLETENESS, PERFORMANCE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE SITE OR ANY PART OF THE SITE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED FROM THESE TERMS TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY MAY BE EXCLUDED AS A MATTER OF LAW. ADDITIONALLY, M?RIDIEN MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE IS FREE FROM INFECTION BY VIRUSES OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAS CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES. M?RIDIEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT OR FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN (OR REFRAINED FROM BEING TAKEN) AS A RESULT OF USING THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT.
The Site may contain links to other World Wide Web sites, either directly or indirectly and, where possible, we will make clear where such links are being made. Those sites are provided by independent third parties and Travel Team Norvista is not responsible for their availability or content. Notwithstanding the provisions of this Section 5, Travel Team Norvista's liability will not be limited in the case of death or personal injury directly caused by Travel Team Norvista's negligence.
Privacy Policy
The information that you provide about yourself to Travel Team Norvista will only be used by Travel Team Norvista in accordance with its Privacy Policy Statement.
Changes to these Terms
Travel Team Norvista reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site. Due to its policy of updating and improving the site, Travel Team Norvista may wish to change these Terms (including those relating to your use of the Content). When terms are changed, Travel Team Norvista will notify you by indicating at the start of these Terms when they were last modified. It is, therefore, important that each time you use the site you check to see whether there is a notification of a change to the Terms (see "Changes to these Terms"). If you use the Site after Travel Team Norvista has published or notified you of the changes, you are agreeing now to be bound by those changes. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. We both agree, for the exclusive benefit of Travel Team Norvista, that the Courts of England shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this agreement; save that, it being agreed that this clause conferring jurisdiction for the benefit of Travel Team Norvista only, Travel Team Norvista shall retain the rights to bring proceedings against you in the Courts of any other country which has jurisdiction.
General
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and will have no legal meaning or effect.
Currency Conversation
Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Room rates are guaranteed only in hotel's local currency. Currency quotes are not updated every day. The currency information supplied by this web site is believed to be accurate, but Travel Team Norvista, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.
