Most UK Orders are dispatched within 1 working day - If you have not received your UK order within 5 working days assume that the goods are awaiting your collection at your LOCAL Royal Mail sorting depo. Items are sent registered. Parcels over 2kg will be sent by courier.

We accept Visa, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. For our American customers the exchange rate is approx £1 = $2 thus £10 = $20 u s dollars approx - please note this is only a guide.

We now offer 2 options for postage within the United Kingdom, either FIRST CLASS or EXPRESS DELIVERY

To Select UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY just select "UNITED KINGDOM" then click NEXT and under "CLASS OF SERVICE" select "Express Delivery" from the drop down menu - it normally defaults to First Class Post..

Option 1 - UK First Class post just select United Kingdom then First Class Post.

Most United Kingdom orders are dispatched within 1 working day and received within 2 - 5 working days by first class post - Royal Mail. We are unable to guarantee delivery times on this service. Postage rates START from just £2.95 (Parcels over 2kg will be sent via courier i.e citylink)

Option 2 - UK - EXPRESS DELIVERY

Orders are sent on a sign for service and delivered within 2 working days. Please list a delivery address where the goods can be signed for, to ensure delivery. i.e work address.

Orders will be delivered by courier between 09.00 - 17.30 hours Monday - Friday.

Please note if you are not in to sign for the package, the goods will be held for your collection at our courier's nearest parcel depo. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel from these premises within 5 - 7 days otherwise the package will be returned to sender and additional return postage charges will be applied to your order. If you wish to cancel your order at this point we will only refund you the cost of the goods sold, once the items have been sent back to us less all postage charges. Items can be redispatched but will occur a postage surcharge.

EXPRESS DELIVERY Charges START from just £4.95

This service is only available to customers in England, Scotland (Not Highlands) and Wales (Mainland UK only and NOT HIghlands of Scotland)

If we are unable to attempt delivery within the 2 working days as part of our guarantee on express delivery parcels we will refund you the DELIVERY COSTS only exception apply during bad weather conditions such as snow where delivery may be delayed.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Overseas orders are sent by airmail and take on average 2 - 3 weeks to arrive from the dispatch date, although this is NOT guaranteed and some packages may take longer to arrive. Postage rates for international orders start from £9.50. Items are dispatched on a registered service and have tracking / bar code numbers, please note we are unable to provide postal insurance on orders overseas. Any problems will we supply you with our couriers details and tracking code and you will have to take the matter up with them.

Please be aware we DO NOT accept any responsibility what so ever on orders losted due to the fact a customer has submitted an incomplete or invalid postal address, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone.

Parcels returned back to us by postal authorities due to customers failure to collect for what ever reason can be resent out agian however additional postage rates will be applied to your order. Please note when an parcel is sent back to us via Royal Mail due to the fact the customer has failed to collect the item, customers are warned we cannot take any action as per our terms until we are in receipt of the returned parcel this process can take up to 8 weeks, thus it is important on all UK orders if you are not in receipt of your parcel within 5 working days to contact your Royal Mail depot urgently to avoid major delays (do not rely on sorry you were out cards). Items over 2kg are sent by Courier and they only hold onto items for 3 days.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally DISPATCH your order within 1 working day via first class Royal Mail, or Express Delivery. You have the option to choose.

For customers wishing a faster guaranteed delivery service within mainland UK, (England, Scotland and Wales only) we now offer "UK - Express Delivery". Orders are sent on a SIGN FOR SERVICE and delivered within 2 working days. Please ensure a delivery address is given where the goods can be signed for, to ensure receipt of goods within 2 working days.

Most First Class Orders are received within a week, however we are unable to guarantee time scales on this service and in the few cases parcels may be delayed for longer periods by the Mail provider. Thus customer wishing or requiring a faster guarantee service should select "UK Express Delivery".

Most of our parcels are dispatched on a registered - sign for service, if you are not available to take delivery you will need to collect the parcel from our mail providers enqueries office. Presently our mail providers are Royal Mail and City Link (We use Citylink for heavy items such as lava lamps - All items over 2kg will be sent by a courier services no matter what class of post has been selected). Generally speaking If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days it means our mail provider (which is normally Royal Mail) have attempted to deliver but no one was around to take delivery, here you need to contact them urgently and make arrangements to collect the parcel from your local depot, do not assume you were left a sorry you were out card - work to the 5 day rule detailed above.

We are unable to investigate any queries relating non-receipt of goods or any other query after five weeks has lapsed from your order date. Customers who have not received their orders must contact us after two weeks has expired from their order date, or before five weeks has lapsed.

Please be aware we DO NOT accept any responsibility what so ever on orders lost due to the fact a customer has submitted a wrong, incomplete, confusing or invalid postal address, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone. An order is classed as lost once 22 days have passed from the dispatch date on United Kingdom orders only. If an order becomes lost due to the fact a wrong, incomplete, confusing or invalid postal address was subbmitted by the customer, all such losses shall be bourne by the customer alone. Parcels returned back to us by postal authorities due to customers failure to collect for what ever reason can be resent out agian however additional postage rates will be applied to your order.

Please note we only refund the actual cost of the goods in question and not any post or packaging costs incurred. Legally for reasons of hygiene we are unable to give refunds on the following items sexy fancy dress costumes, wigs, straws, tights, duvet and bedding sets, underwear and jewelry items, such as cufflinks, rings, pendants, earring and so on.

Please note we are unable to give any refunds on bulb / l.e.d lighting products as Bulbs are NOT guaranteed on any of these products. Any faults / defects MUST be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt of your order, this is a reasonable length of time for you to inspect and check your goods.

Email confirmation must be confirmed by us on all returns within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Our returns conditions are:

Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

Goods must be returned back within 7 days from the day you received your order.

Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice or dispatch note as we require this for proof of purchase of the said goods, if you cannot supply us with a copy of the invoice we cannot investigate the matter and thus cannot issue any refund.

All faults and problems must be reported within 3 working days of receipt of the parcel.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we will not issue a refund. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. Notice is given that free offers will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level. Please note that postage is not refundable.

We will not refund any monies for item sent back to us for what ever reason until we are in receipt of the goods - From this date, one must allow 30 days for refunds to be processed. Please note that credit card refunds will be made without further notification to yourself.

When returning goods, please obtain your own receipt of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost / damaged in transit.

Please note we will not look into any matter if a copy of the invoice / dispatch note is not sent back with the returned goods. This document is your proof of purchase of the said item and is required to resolve any matter.

All goods are sold as novelty goods only, items may vary in colour from images shown on the website, these are factors beyond our control.

ALL ITEMS must be returned back to us within 7 days from receipt of delivery, and you must provide us with the original invoice or despatch note as proof of purchase, otherwise we are unable to process the refund.

We will NOT PROCESS ANY REFUND for goods sent back after 7 DAYS for whatever reason.

Please note we will not look into any matter if a copy of the invoice / dispatch note is not sent back with the returned goods. This document is your proof of purchase of the said item and is required to resolve any matter.
