The Stratland Homes family has been developing its new brand identity for the past two years. Now in the final stages, the company proudly announces that SunWest Communities will change its name to Stratland Homes on January 1, 2006. The name change will not affect the quality and traditions that have made SunWest Communities the successful and award-winning home builder that it is today.
