Music Poster research on Michael Jackson
At one point in time in the history of Pop music, the words Bad,
Billie Jean and Thriller means only one thing, “Michael
Jackson”.
Over ten (10) Grammy to his name, numbers of singles all made
to the US number 1 hits, a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee,
the moniker as The Artist of the Decade during the 80s, a Child
celebrity during his stint with “The Jackson Five”,
married to the daughter of the King of Rock and Roll, a child
molester, a plastic surgeon freak, a child abuse victim and many
more. Whatever it is, he is still the King of Pop music and recognized
for his smooth dancing (moonwalk signature) performance while
singing.
Michael Joseph Jackson was born on 29 August 1958 in Gary, Indiana.
He was the 7th of nine children.
Michael began his musical career at the age of
five as the lead singer of the famous Jackson 5 who formed in 1964.
From here, he further developed his singing talent until the age
where he can rightfully assume as a solo artist. Motown and Epic
records are part of Michael early singing career where he made his
solo hits after hits during that time; hence, the Jacksonmania was
formed in rivaled with Beatlemania in craziness.
Beside from making hit songs, Michael also gone
into film industry. Working alongside with Diana Ross as Dorothy,
he played the Scarecrow for the musical “The Wiz” where
he eventually acquainted with the legendary Quincy Jones that further
help him in his singing career at Epic record.

little by little until 1982 when he release the album, “Thriller”.
Many thoughts that this is the album of all time, where seven (7)
single from the album was an instant hit and over 50 million copies
sold worldwide. A parallel MTV for the “Making of the Thriller”
has further boost the sales of the album. The succeeding year continued
to be a productive years for the pop star wherein his third solo
album “Bad” (1987) was launched alongside with his solo
world tour (1988), his fourth solo album “Dangerous”
(1991), solo world tour again (1992), his fifth solo album “HIStory”
