How long will it take to ship my order? T-shirt orders will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days.
What if there are any shirts on back-order? If there are any T-shirts from your order that cannot be shipped with your order we will place them on backorder and ship them at no extra cost to you when we get them in, this may take an addition 1 to 8 weeks.
What is your minimum order? DePanda Gifts does not have minimum order requirements.
How do I know how your sizes run? The Mountain adult tee shirts are standard industry sizes, with a width of: Medium 21 inches, Large 23 inches, X-Large 25 inches, XX-Large 26 inches, XXX-Large 27 inches.
What are the kids’ sizes? Children’s shirts come in Small (2-4) 14 inches - Medium (6-8) 16 inches - Large (10-12) 17 inches - XLarge (14-16) 19 inches wide.
Am I able to get any design on any shirt style and in any size? No, unfortunately we are only able to offer our designs in the style pictured on our web site. This means if it is only in children’s sizes that it is not available as an adult shirt and vice versa.
Can I add on to an order that I have already placed? We can add on to any order before it ships, but the shipping price may increase and this will also delay the shipping time.
Are The Mountain shirts pre-shrunk? Yes, the shirts are washed and dried in a dying process, so there should be no noticeable shrinkage.
How should I wash your shirts? There are complete washing instructions on the reverse of the hang tag on each shirt.
•Turn garment inside out.
•Set wash temperature to cold.
•Line dry or tumble dry low.
•Do not bleach or dry clean.

Does The Mountain make sweatshirts? No, but there are 31 designs available in a long sleeved tee.
Can I buy your shirts with no design on them at all? No, we do not sell blank shirts.
Do the designs come as transfers? No, all designs are screen printed and therefore are not available as transfers.
Can I only order the shirt on the color that it is pictured? Yes, all shirts are sold as shown.
T-shirts from The Mountain are made from 100% cotton and are hand-dyed, high quality garments. All T-shirt designs are made from water-based inks. The printing process gives these t-shirts a soft feel; unlike the heavy plastic "shield" created by most screen printing companies.
Washing Instructions for The Mountain Shirts: Prior to wearing, wash separately in cold water.
1. Turn garment inside out.
2. Set wash temperature to cold.
3. Line dry or tumble dry low.
4. Do not bleach or dry clean.
The Mountain T-shirts are washed and dried in a dying process, so there should be no noticeable shrinkage.
