The United Kingdom

of England and largest city in the UK, also the largest city in Europe, is London.
Great Britain
The Act of Union of England and Scotland created Great Britain constitutionally in 1707. Great Britain is basically the largest land mass that being England, Scotland and Wales.
British Isles
The British Isles comprises, together with a number of the smaller islands, the formerly separate realms of England and Scotland, and the principality of Wales. The smaller islands included in the British Isles are Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Lundy Island, Anglesey, the Scilly isles, Orkney, Shetland, the channel islands also the inner and outer Hebrides.
