How long does shipping take?
Your order will be fulfilled 1 to 8 business days after receipt. All packages will be shipped by standard FED EX, UPS Ground Service, DHL Ground Service or USPS Mail at the discretion of LandBigFish.com. Standard delivery will be 3-7 business days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination (within the contiguous U.S.A.). You may receive multiple packages per order. Large and bulky items take a bit longer and cost a bit more because oversize charges apply.

On some orders, additional shipping charges may apply. This is a result of the multiple vendors that are needed for fulfillment. * * North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas are calculated at $0.60 per pound. New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana are calculated at $0.70 per pound. Arizona, Utah, Washington, Oregon and California are calculated at $0.80 per pound. Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at $1.20 per pound.
What are oversize items?
Certain large and bulky products, such as one piece fishing rods, are considered oversize by our shippers. How will you know if an item is oversize? On our site, we indicate which items are oversize on the product page (that's the page that shows a picture and a description of the product). During checkout, we also clearly indicate which items are oversize and show you the shipping charges.
A special surcharge of $3, $5, $8, $10, or $20 per item to cover the extra expense charged by our carriers for transporting large and bulky items. Coolers have special shipping requirements and are calculated per order.
Ship to more than one address?
We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you'll need to place a separate order for each address.
I only received part of my order
We use a network of vendors for fulfillment. It is not uncommon to have three or more packages for one order. Rest assured, the rest of the order will be arriving shortly. Make sure to check the latest shipping notes on your order status page for the most current shipping information. Check Order Status Page.
Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?
We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
We will email you an order receipt immediately after you submit your order. As your order gets shipped out, we will send you courtesy emails making you aware the shipping status of your order has changed. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidently typed in wrong when placing the order, or it was rejected by your mail server and classified as spam. Please check any spam filters you have in place or email/call us to have us investigate your order.
How do I get a tracking number?
All available tracking numbers for your order will be posted on the order status page.
