Flexibility Options

The Award Chart shows the number of WorldPerks^® miles needed for awards on Northwest Airlines^®, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and many other WorldPerks Partner Airlines. You can redeem your WorldPerks miles for travel or upgrade awards. When you redeem your miles, you'll enjoy flexible and economical award travel options so you can arrange your travel plans to your best advantage:

• The freedom of PerkPass^SM (formerly known as RuleBuster^SM) Awards:
  PerkPass Awards allow you to bypass restrictions associated with PerkSaver^SM Awards.  Although the PerkPass option requires a higher number of miles, you will find greater seat availability, and will not be subject to the Saturday night stay restriction.  PerkPass Awards are available on Northwest, KLM and Continental flights.
• The savings of PerkSaver^SM (formerly known as Standard) Awards:
  PerkSaver Awards offer you a savings on award travel prices.  These awards let you travel for the lowest number of miles but are limited and subject to availability and restrictions.  As a result, you may not be able to use the PerkSaver option on some flights.  Travel to prime destinations during peak periods may require the PerkPass option to secure seats.
• Mix and match award level
  The WorldPerks flexible award travel program lets you maximize the use of your WorldPerks mileage. You can choose a different travel option for each direction of travel. For example, if there are no PerkSaver award seats available on one of your travel dates, you can use your miles at the PerkPass level on this date and save miles by using the PerkSaver level in the other direction.. The same applies for the class of service in which you travel. Our flexible system will average the two mileage levels you use for your outbound and return trip.
• Upgrade to World Business Class or First Class using miles:
  Purchase a qualifying Coach or World Business Class fare, and redeem miles for one-way or roundtrip upgrades to World Business Class or First Class. Mileage may be redeemed for one-class upgrades from full fares or select fares, when traveling on Northwest, KLM and Continental flights.

*For travel in World Business Class, PerkPass must be booked in "C" class rather than "J" class. For travel in Domestic First Class, PerkPass is booked in "P" Class rather than "F" Class.
