Hey guys I recd a ltr from Quikpayday today. The ltr stated they marked my acct pd in full. But said nothing about a refund which they do owe me. Should I just be thankful they marked it pd in full & leave it at that, or should I pursue the refund. What do you all think?
I was interested in knowing if when other people have recd ltrs from Quik do they state in the ltr they will be sending a refund, or did they just state account pd in full & then sent a refund. Sorry, probably just wishful thinking.......

It's up to you, really...it depends on how you feel. If you are happy with just being done with their nonsense, it would be fine to just leave it at that. But if you truly feel up to it, you can fight them for it!! I haven't ever dealt with them, so I'm not sure on your second question. I'm sure there are many here that have though, and they will be around to chime in, I'm sure!

You have a letter from Quickpayday that the account has been marked as paid in full. Keep it in your file of records. You might need it later.
Now, you must send a letter for an itemized statement and pursue for the refund. Wait for the company to reply back. If they deny and change your account putting some debt on to it, you have the paid in full statement. Have everything in writing for records.

What would I need the itemized stmt for to pursue the refund? Just curious. I have everything on e-ml & paper for my records. Thanks in advance for your help.

The itemized statement will make the company sure that they actually need to refund you the money. It's like they will say from their own mouth.
