THANK YOU KARL!!!! Your Villa is the Best! Me &
my partner had the best holiday yet. The villa is the icing on the
cake to a wonderful location - Kalkan. This was our first independent
booking and everything was perfect. If anyone has looked at this villa
and still has questions check out Karl's web site - it will answer
all your questions. Another thing as well, Karl will respond to all
your queries, so don't hesitate in asking. Before we left for the
Airport I send an email for some last minute details, at the lounge
in the airport I checked my email and Karl had answered the questions
for me. The Villa is truly magnificent. If you have doubts just check
out reviews of the area on the net. Where the villa is located is
refereed to as the Beverley Hills of Turkey - This is no lie! The
Villa itself is situated fairly high up, my partner suffers from asthma
but with taxis at £1.50 approx to get to the centre of Kalkan
you will have no problems. Everything you need is at the villa, as
advertised - Private pool, Ping Pong table, pool table, Satellite,
DVD, Excellent stereo (Take your music CD's, washing machine, dishwasher
etc, etc. Once again THANKS KARL!!!! (Ferhat looks after you as well
- the driver who provides the transfer service) KALKAN is AMAZING!

Just a short note to say thank you for your assistance
and provision of accommodation for our holiday to Turkey. The villa
was excellent and the location the best we've encountered on our annual
excursions.
We all thoroughly enjoyed the delights of Turkey and kindness of Mehmet,
Ferhat and all those associated with Villa Kismet. |

A fantastic holiday in an amazing villa with views to
die for, what better way to wake up in the morning than to open the
curtains and watch the sun come up over kalkan right from your bed.
Be the envy of your neighbours when you are sat on the terrace with
uninterrupted views across Kalkan bay.
The villa is so spacious and there is everything you need to cook
fantastic meals as the food is so cheap, if you can prise yourself
from the villa, Kalkan is an amazing place to explore. It is a foodies
paradise with excellent restaurants and very friendly people. We also
rented a car as we don't like to go on organised trips. We did Saklikent
gorge which was great, we had lunch after on the river, trout salad
and chips £1.50 each can you believe it. We then did Tlos and
Patara beach, well worth a visit. Driving wasn't scary at all and
the car was cheap £25 for the day with full insurance from Ferhat
Karl's friend, you will find his number in the book at the villa.
I also recommend hiring a boat, we rented the Romantica 1 from the
harbour owned by 3 brothers, they waited on us all day cooked our
meals etc for £100 for the day. I could go on forever as it
was one of the best holidays i've had in a while, so try it for yourself
you wont be disappointed. |

This villa is by far the most modern and luxurious
we have ever stayed in. It has been furnished and decorated to the
highest standard and has the most panoramic views imaginable. As it
is new the villa is in pristine condition and I would have no hesitation
in recommending it to friends. However, it is not suitable for the
very young/old or disabled due to it's internal staircases, hillside
location and poor road conditions locally. Otherwise it is the perfect
villa in the perfect setting in which to enjoy a perfect holiday.
Full marks to the owners for their interior and exterior contemporary
design and many thanks for a splendid holiday in Villa Kismet. |
